  1. The security of the users is paramount

    The anonymised data that are recorded via cookies when the Witschi-Kissen website is accessed can be used for analysis purposes, in order to optimise the website and for performance measurement.     Witschi-Kissen can use social media plugins on its website, for example from Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. These platforms have their own data protection regulations, over which Witschi-Kissen has no influence.

    Witschi-Kissen and any subsidiaries and affiliates within the business group may use personal data in accordance with these data protection regulations. Moreover, the personal data are not disclosed to third parties. This does not apply when the user has agreed to the transfer of the data to companies that are not affiliated to Witschi-Kissen, or in the case in which Witschi-Kissen is legally, officially or judicially required to do so. A further exception is represented by service providers who support Witschi-Kissen in the processing of data, the website management or in any other way, as well as in the provision of the products and services requested by the user. These third parties are obliged to observe the same level of security and data protection as Witschi-Kissen.
  7. Data security
    Unfortunately, the transmission of data over the Internet is not completely secure. The service providers and Internet providers that Witschi-Kissen works with take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the users’ personal data. However, Witschi-Kissen cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted by the user. Any data transmission is therefore at the user’s own risk.

    Of course, every user is free to inform Witschi-Kissen at any time – for example by sending an email – that their personal data may not be used to contact them again in the future.     As a thank you for your orders, we make it possible for you to access vouchers and special offers to purchase products and obtain other services from other providers on the Internet via Profity, an offer from our partner adfocus GmbH, based in Zug, Switzerland. In order to give you access to this offer, we include a corresponding reference from adfocus via an encrypted connection when an order is completed on our website, whereby data such as, in particular, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, which can represent personal information, are exchanged with adfocus. Any personal data that are exchanged in this context are used exclusively to be able to offer the Profity service on a permanent, secure and reliable basis (legal basis according to the GDPR, if and in so far as applicable: Art. 6, paragraph 1, letters b and f of the GDPR).
