Subject matter of the contract

 

The present contract regulates the sale of goods via the online shop (www.witschi-kissen.ch) of the Provider. For the details of the particular offer, please refer to the product description on the offer page.

 

Conclusion of the contract

 

The contract is concluded exclusively via electronic business transactions via the system of the online shop. In this context, the offers presented constitute a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the Customer order, which the Provider can then accept.

 

The ordering procedure for the conclusion of the contract includes the following steps in the online shop system:

 

  • selection of the offer in the desired specification
  • addition of the offer to the shopping cart
  • entry of the billing and delivery addresses
  • selection of the payment method
  • review and processing of the order and all entries
  • pressing of the “buy now” button
  • confirmation e-mail that the order has been received.

 

The contract is concluded once the order confirmation e-mail has been sent.

 

Prices, shipping costs, return costs

 

All prices are final prices and include the statutory value added tax. In addition to the final prices, there are further costs depending on the type of shipping, which are displayed before the order is dispatched. If there is a right of revocation and this is exercised, the Customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment.

 

Terms of payment

 

Only the following payment methods are available to the Customer:

Advance payment via bank transfer / invoice upon delivery (only Germany and Austria) / payment service provider (Paypal) / credit card.

 

Other payment methods are not offered and will be rejected.

After receipt of the invoice, which contains all the details for the bank transfer and is sent by e-mail, the amount of the invoice must be paid in advance to the account indicated there.

The credit card will be charged after the goods have been shipped. The Customer is obliged to pay or transfer the amount indicated on the invoice within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. The payment is due without any deduction from the date of the invoice. The Customer is only in default after receiving a warning.

 

Terms of delivery

 

The goods are shipped on Tuesdays from 79807 Lottstetten, Germany. The Provider ships the order from its own warehouse as soon as the entire order is in stock there.

 

Shipment is made with DHL Paket (Germany) and DHL PAKET INTERNATIONAL (rest of the world). The standard delivery time for Germany is 1-2 days (from Tuesday). Standard delivery times for the rest of the world can be found at www.dhl.de.

 

Warranty

 

Consumers are entitled to a statutory warranty right for the services offered in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German Civil Code. If there is a derogation to these provisions, the warranty is based on the regulations in the General terms and conditions of service.

 

Drafting of the contract

 

The Customer has no possibility to directly access the stored text of the contract himself. The Customer can correct any mistakes in the entry during the ordering process. The order can be processed at any time.

 

Language, place of jurisdiction and applicable law

 

The contract is drafted in German. The further execution of the contractual relationship will be in German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. For consumers, this shall only apply insofar as it does not restrict any statutory provisions of the state in which the customer is habitually resident or domiciled.
